“ 100% come here if you’re looking for delicious beef hand pulled noodles! This restaurant deserves its high ratings - the Shang braised brisket noodles are incredible! I got the spicy broth and it’s the perfect kick! The knife-cut noodles are really chewy and tasty. We also tried their cucumber salad, chili wontons, dumplings, and pan fried buns - all were delicious apps! Definitely worth the wait for this place! ”
“ We stopped by Shang Artisan Noodle for a quick lunch and were blown away by how good it was! The hand-pulled noodles were incredibly fresh and flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice. The dishes were well-balanced, comforting, and clearly made with care. The interior is stylish yet welcoming, and the service was both friendly and efficient. A fantastic spot for a casual meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. Highly recommend! ”
“ This place was by far the best place we ate at this trip. The noodles were the perfect amount of flavor and chewiness. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The place was busy but there was not much of a wait for food or a table. The portions were huge, we could not finish our food. We got two soups, both were tasty. I got a spicy one, and I didn't even have to add chili oil! It was so pleasantly spicy, not to much, and perfectly balanced. And you got to watch the kitchen , which was cool. I would highly recommend stopping here. Also, it was not overpriced like every other place we stopped at. The parking lot is small. ”
“ We were passing through Vegas and wanted something quick and delicious. Shang Artisan Noodle delivered on both ends. We got the spicy wontons, beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles, fried rice, fried pork dumplings, and spicy pork dumplings. Everything came in 5-10mins and everything was absolutely delicious. The beef noodle soup was very flavorful, and the noodles were bouncy just as I like them :) If I lived in Vegas, I would definitely come here often. ”
“ You can watch the chefs hand-pull the noodles—it’s amazing to see the skill up close! The food was delicious across the board. I’m not even a cucumber lover, but the cucumber salad was fresh and super flavorful. The pork belly noodle soup was the star—rich broth, tender meat, and chewy noodles. I counted every piece of pork belly until it was gone! Also, the green tea they sell was surprisingly addictive and not overly sweet. ”
“ Service was great and food was good! The host let us know there was a bit of a wait and after arranging a space suitable for two adults and a stroller with a sleeping baby, we were seated within 10 minutes of arrival. We ordered the dan dan noodle and beef shank noodle with one hand pulled noodle and one knife cut noodle. While I love the concept of a hand pulled noodle, I preferred the knife cut noodle in terms of execution. Both were great but I give the edge to the knife cut noodle. Both noodles had different spicy profiles, yum! The beed potstickers were pretty and had a great juicy inside to a nice crispy bottom. The portions are big so come hungry or expect to share / take leftovers home. I will definitely come back to try other items on the menu! ”
“ Delicious and popular noodle place. Best Dan Dan noodle I've ever had! The beef noodle soup was delicious as well. You get to watch the staff make the noodles too which is pretty cool. It came off more impressive than other noodle shops I've been to. The spicy levels are no joke! I loved it but when they say it's spicy it's SPICY. There's also a waitlist you can add yourself to just inside, needs an American phone number but if you talk to the staff they say you can use their location's phone number and stay nearby so they can let you know when your table is ready vs texting you. Very nice of them especially for out of towners! ”
